Research and innovation center for major car manufacturer.
Trades coordinated: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Sprinkler. This coordination required extensive communication with architect / design team to attain alignment between desired aesthetics and programming needs of client. Coordination challenges included light panel ceiling in auditorium.

Led effort to build/digitally assemble and verifiy placement of all critical elements with no drawings. Generated CAD files for all survey. Surveyed structural members with Leica TS-16 to observe deformation of beam camber.

KAISER SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO GENERATOR REPLACEMENT

Coordination of utilities to and from a new emergency back up generator in an active hospital. Generator replaced an existing generator without interruption of service to hospital. Rebar mat modeled to coordinate placement of seismic anchors in concrete pad.
